What we do not collect
We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Payments are processed directly by our payment partners on their own secure systems; we only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference.

- Logistics and delivery partners — including Bigship and our own delivery team, who receive your name, address, PIN code and mobile number in order to deliver your parcel.
- Payment gateways and banks — who process your payment and any refund.
- Our e-commerce platform — our store runs on Shopify, which hosts our website and securely stores order and customer data on our behalf.
- Communication and analytics providers — who help us send order notifications and understand how our site is used.
- Legal and regulatory authorities — where we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
