These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your use of the Greetwood website and your purchase of any product from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
General
These T&Cs apply to all products and services purchased through the official website of Greetwood, through advertisements placed on our social media pages, and through offline channels such as phone or chat. They also apply to purchases assisted by the Greetwood customer care team and to all assets owned and operated by the company on the official website.
Any purchase you make through this website or any other online platform signifies your acceptance of these terms of supply and your agreement to be legally bound by them. You are also bound by our Privacy Policy and by any vendor-specific or product-specific terms displayed at the time you select a product.
If you do not agree with these terms, you may not access the website or purchase any products or services from us.
Business
Greetwood promotes the online sale and purchase of handcrafted furniture and home merchandise. Title to the products passes to you on delivery.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue any service at any time without notice, and to add to or modify the modes, processes, procedures and conditions of purchase at any time. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any suspension, modification or discontinuance of any aspect of our products or services.
Products
Greetwood offers classy, moveable furniture with graceful designs — smart, comfortable pieces that don't eat up floor space, are easily movable, and add value to your space. Our range includes:
- Furniture — Wooden Tuffets, Metallic Stools, Storage Ottomans, Foot Stools, Side Tables, Wooden Chowki
- Kitchen & Dining — Masala Boxes, Chapati Boxes, Serving Trays, Cutlery, Cutlery Holders
- Combo Sets — curated multi-piece sets offered at a bundled price
Our products are handmade by skilled Indian artisans. Small variations in size, colour, grain and texture are natural to handcrafted goods and are not treated as defects — they are what make each piece distinct.
Shipping of our products is governed by our Shipping Policy, which may be revised from time to time.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer care team between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, or email us. Our team will assess the issue immediately and arrange a free replacement or another suitable remedy in line with our Exchange Policy.
If a product you have ordered is out of stock, our customer care team will contact you. Where payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded within 7 days to the original source of payment — your bank account, credit card or debit card. For Cash on Delivery (COD) or otherwise unpaid orders, no refund arises as no payment has been received.
Services
You take full responsibility for your actions and for the use of any product purchased from Greetwood. We are not liable for such actions or activities.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and must be of the age required under applicable law to purchase from us. On request, you must provide documentation demonstrating your legal capacity, age and eligibility.
Greetwood is not accountable for errors made by you in the payment of consideration for items bought on the website.
Pricing Information
Product pricing is shown to you at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and without any consequential liability.
While we take care to display accurate information about our products and services, typographical, pricing and other errors may occur. Where a product or service is listed with incorrect information or an incorrect price due to an error, we may contact you for instructions, or cancel the order and notify you. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded within 7 days to the original source of payment. For COD orders, no refund arises.
Orders, Payment and Delivery Address
Shipping addresses and PIN codes are verified against our serviceability database before an order is processed. If a PIN code is not serviceable, our customer care team will request an alternative shipping address where our delivery partners can deliver. If the alternative address is also not serviceable, the order will be cancelled.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI and wallets, as well as Cash on Delivery at serviceable PIN codes. Card and payment details are handled by our payment partners; Greetwood does not store your full card details.
For orders above ₹10,000 we may request an advance payment of 20–30% of the order value once the order is confirmed and ready for dispatch. Personalised, made-to-order and pre-order items require 100% payment at the time of order confirmation.
Cancellations, Exchanges and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. We do not accept returns — all sales are final. We offer a free replacement in cases of transit damage, wrong product delivered, or manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product photography, designs, text, graphics, the Greetwood name and logo — is the property of Greetwood and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
