Returns

We want you to love your Greetwood pieces. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, colour, or design? You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the return conditions above (unused, in its original condition and packaging).

  • For change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We'll dispatch the replacement once we receive and inspect the original item.
  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, your exchange or replacement is free (see below).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you'd like is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative or a full refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Customised or personalised pieces
  • Items damaged through misuse, or returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@greetwood.com or WhatsApp +91 92567 23741 with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong items: we cover return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll be notified by email when it's issued.
