Charges

Greetwood ships products of the company by collaborating with various logistics firms. As the products produced by our company are fragile, we prepare our packages for shipping our orders. The delivery prices involve charges for packaging and also include different charges that are paid by the customers and the company together. The shipping charges of our companies are as follows:

Rs. 0.00 – Rs. 999 – Rs. 80
Above Rs. 1000 – Free

Deliveries

All the orders within any location of Rajasthan are shipped and delivered approximately within 7 days of the confirmation of the order by our own logistics team of Greetwood.
Apart from that, the other orders outside Rajasthan where our own logistic team cannot reach, is managed by our different logistic partners with whom we have collaborated. Details of tracking as well as the logistic partners for the orders you have placed are sent to your email or as text message, once the order is dispatched. As soon as your order is dispatched, the page where the status of the order will keep you updated about any changes that may occur in the delivery process. Additionally, you can also track down the delivery updates by putting the reference code of delivery of the official websites of our logistics partners. We will send the reference code of delivery as soon as your order is confirmed by Greetwood through email or text message.

Our logistic partner is Bigship (https://app.bigship.in/shipment-tracking).

The prior aim for the logistic partners of Greetwood is to try to take at least 3 attempts of delivery before they revert the product to us. We are heartedly requesting the customers of Greetwood to provide a full and accurate address for shipping that must include the pin code or zip code and their current mobile number. It will make sure that the delivery is done faster as well as better. If by any chance your package is returned to us, please inform us on our official mail id.

Payments

We accept “Cash on delivery” (COD) for all the pin codes where our logistic partners deliver, there are some pin codes where our delivery partners may not deliver. We also accept UPI payments, Credit cards, debit cards and other Net banking options.
