Cancellation

  • The cancellations, refunds and return policies of Greetwood are quite easier, flexible as well as customer friendly. We try to make sure, that we can accommodate our financiers as much as possible for us, and we welcome the replacements only based on the following T&C: Our policy is very clear that we do not accept any returns on the products that are delivered, as it is shown on the official website of Greetwood, in undamaged condition.
  • If wrong products are delivered in place of the ordered products and the delivered product does not match the description or outlook of the item shown during confirmation of the order.
  • If any quality issues or manufacturing defects are received by the customers.
  • If the received product is damaged or any part of the product is missing.
  • Shipping rates of the products of Rs. 5000 and above are to be charged by the consumers themselves or the goods need to be shipped by the purchaser to the warehouse.

Breakages

In terms of breakage as well as any transit damage, you are requested to send the original picture of the product you have received through WhatsApp to our customer service number. Therefore, your issue will be addressed immediately by the team of Greetwood.
Please note: We will need the original packaging of the product with all cushioning or foam inside so that it can be returned to our warehouse without any damage even if the product is broken at the time of delivery.

Cancellation

As a company, we root for the fact that 100% customer satisfaction is the only way to get success in a business. Therefore, if by any chance you want to cancel an order before its delivery, you can immediately inform us on our official mail id hello@greetwwood.com. You can also connect us through our customer care contact number +91-92567-23741 within 12 hours of placing the order. We will be assisting you happily, as your satisfaction is our responsibility.

Please Note: You cannot cancel an order after 12 hours of its placement. Moreover, once the order is already packed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel it and will treat it as a return if you do not accept it at the time of delivery. For the COD orders, Greetwood has the right to reject any future orders.

For our handmade goods, there can be a little difference in the size, colour and texture as well. Therefore, Greetwood does not consider these natural aberrations as defects. We would also request to our financiers and manufacturers they should also consider these things for those products; the artists are developing each of the pieces individually and the variations make each product distinct and unique.

For orders more than Rs. 10000, we can also ask for a good prepayment of faith of 20-30% of the total amount once the order is confirmed and ready to be dispatched.

Any personification, “made on orders” or pre-orders, 100% of the price and shipping charge of the product needs to be paid while confirming the order.

  • Our Return/Replacement Policy will be applicable within 7 days of product delivery and will be applicable for reasons including wrong product, damaged product and manufacturing defect. The timeline begins from the date when the product was delivered based on the confirmation of receiving from our logistic team or our partners.   • You will need to send us 2 pictures of the product and state the reason for the return on the official mail id of Greetwood will be checked by our Quality Assurance (QA) Team before initiating the return.
  • We will immediately contact you once the quality is checked within 2-3 days after picking up the product. After that, the payment will reflect your bank account within the next 7 days.
  • Items that are bought as final sale cannot be exchanged, returned or repaired.

Please Note: You need to return the products with original packaging that includes original packing, tags, warranty card and other things that you received with the product.

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will receive the refunds within 7 days of picking up the product from your place. You can receive the refunds on your credit card, debit card, store wallet, and bank account. The money received in the wallet can be redeemed with the next purchase made by you on the official website of Greetwood. The refund for COD orders will be reverted to you through NEFT Transfer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
